Thank you to all the Whisperwood Anglers participating in the 2017 August 19 - 25 Guest Bass Fishing tournament.
The father and son team of Ned and Adam Shacket had a successful tournament week
with Dad Ned winning the largemouth division with his 23 inch largemouth
bass and Adam's 17.25 " smallie tied Brandon Kohler for the smallmouth bass
division. Ned is a multiple Whisperwood
Bass Champion and it's the second Championship for Brandon and Adam.
Whisperwood's 21st Guest Bass Fishing tournament had
beautiful weather conditions with plenty of hungry bass willing to bite and as usual it
took a couple of big bass to win the coveted championships.

23 inch bass was the Big
Bass of the tournament and Ned is the 2017 August 19th - August 25th Whisperwood Bass
tournament largemouth bass division champion. With this coveted championship
Ned joins a distinguished list of outstanding Whisperwood Anglers and is now
eligible for our next Champions Tournament. The Whisperwood 21st Bass Tournament
had a perfect week of weather with blue skies and comfortable temperatures
all week and the Whisperwood anglers certainly spent many hours on the water
with their usual outstanding results.
Ned and Adam Shackett & Bob and Brandon
Kohler father and son teams had excellent success with Ned, Adam & Brandon
all taking home championships for the 2017 season.
As we head into September and another school year we wish all our
Whisperwood guests a healthy and successful year and look forward to seeing
everyone again for the 2018 season.
